move us with your expression,
stir us up and out of our complacency with the swell of your mood,
lead us to recognize that we are not alone in the struggles of our uniquely human pursuit.
Though there be pestilence of the body and rioting of the mind, there is yet enough beauty in this world for us to take pause, and in that quiet moment of reflection, stand within the doorway of remembering.
